We came at AI from opposite sides of the same problem.
Lucy spent years helping people and organizations make new technology useful, including product and change leadership at Microsoft and Meta.
Michael spent years building things that had to work in the real world, across engineering, product design, real estate, XR, and eventually AI.
Voyant AI exists where those two disciplines meet: build something valuable, then make sure it actually works for the people using it.
Why Voyant AI exists
The AI market is full of two extremes.
On one side, companies get strategy, workshops, and advice that never changes how work gets done.
On the other, they get technical systems built without enough understanding of the people, processes, and business around them.
We kept seeing the same gap.
Great technology does not matter if nobody uses it. Great change management does not matter if there is nothing valuable underneath it.
Voyant AI was built to bring those two things together.

Lucy has spent her career at the intersection of people, products, and change. Her experience at Microsoft and Meta shaped how she thinks about technology inside organizations: the hard part is rarely getting access to a new tool. The hard part is changing the work.
At Voyant AI, Lucy focuses on the business problem, the people involved, and what has to change for an AI system to create real value.
Michael is a builder. His path to AI runs through mechanical engineering, product design, XR, real estate development, and software.
That unusual background matters. He has spent his career taking ideas out of diagrams and making them survive the messy details of reality.
Today he designs and builds the AI systems behind Voyant AI, including work like Amicus AI, a fully local document-review system built for litigation attorneys.
